PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

The property development division of the KTC Group, known as �PVS APARTMENTS� came into existence in the year 1991 with an aim to provide wide range of habitat from economy to luxury apartments, i.e., a choice of home for everyone. Using standard quality products with latest building technology, care was taken to deliver the best product in the industry.

The first project Phase I � MADHAVI APARTMENTS � with 31 flats, classic by design, in the heart of the city at YMCA Cross Road, second project, NIDHI APARTMENTS is a deluxe apartment project at Azchavattom with eight flats and facing the Arabian Sea, HEMA APARTMENTS at Jayanti Nagar Colony, an ideal residential area, with 18flats of different range, with all modern facilities, was the third project.

PVS Apartments has also started constructing residential villas, individual flats and commercial buildings at various locations.

Apart from construction, PVS Apartments also undertake planning, designing and execution of other projects of KTC Group.
